Etihad Airways will launch seasonal flights to Greece’s most popular islands, Mykonos and Santorini, and the famous southern Spanish city of Malaga in Andalusia.

Mykonos will operate between 8 July and 11 September 2021 and Santorini between 9 July and 12 September 2021. Both destinations will benefit from a twice weekly direct service.

With a safe travel corridor established between the UAE and Greece, fully vaccinated individuals now have more opportunities to enjoy quarantine free travel. Travellers can enjoy Mykonos’ Mediterranean cuisine or admire Santorini’s unique architecture.
As Spain prepares to reopen to international vaccinated travellers from 7 June 2021, Etihad will launch new flights to Malaga, twice a week, between 9 July and 15 September 2021.

Emirates will launch a four times weekly service between Miami and Dubai, from 22 July, 2021.

The new service will provide Emirates’ global travellers with another access point into Florida after Orlando (effective July), serving the Southern Florida area while offering convenient connections for travellers headed towards the Middle East, West Asia, and Indian Ocean via Dubai.

Flights to/from Miami will operate four times weekly on Emirates’ three-class Boeing, offering eight private suites in First Class, 42 lie flat seats in Business Class and 304 spacious seats in Economy Class. Emirates flight EK213 will depart Dubai (DXB) at 03:10hrs, arriving in Miami (MIA) at 11:00hrs while the return flight EK214 will depart Miami at 21:10 hrs, arriving in Dubai at 19:35 hrs the next day.

With the addition of Miami, Emirates will expand its US network and will serve the US with over 70 weekly flights across 12 gateways including Boston, Chicago, New York (JFK and Newark), Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC and Orlando.

Emirates restarts flights to Venice and ups services to Milan

Emirates will resume flights between Dubai and Venice from 1 July, initially offering 3 flights a week on the route, increasing trade and tourism connectivity between the UAE and Italy, and offering customers more travel options.
The airline will also increase services to Milan from 8 to 10 weekly flights in July. This will comprise of a daily service on the Dubai-Milan-New York JFK route, and a 3-weekly return flights between Dubai and Milan.
Together with Emirates’ 5 weekly flights to Rome and 3 weekly flights to Bologna, this will take the airline’s total services to Italy to 21 weekly flights to 4 cities in July.
Emirates’ expansion of flight services in Italy follows the start of “Covid-Tested flight” arrangements, which allow its passengers to travel to Italy without quarantine on arrival.
