Air Berlin launches new catering concept

The new buy-on concept will feature a wider selection of food and drinks, but no more complimentary drinks.

With their new buy-on concept, Air Berlin will offer a wider selection of food and drinks – however, complimentary drinks will no longer be available. Starting from €3, passengers will be able to enjoy drinks like mineral water, cola or beer. Food and drink combos, such as a hot drink with a muffin, will be available for €4.50. The new catering concept will feature on short and medium-haul Air Berlin flights only. In-flight services will continue free of charge on long-haul flights. NIKI in-flight services will continue unchanged until further notice.
