Star Alliance Lounge opens at Rome airport

New Star Alliance Premium Lounge for first class and business class passengers.

Rome-Fiumicino has just opened a new Star Alliance lounge. Access is available to all first class and business class passengers as well as Gold Card holders. The lounge, located on the upper level of Boarding Zone D in Terminal 3, offers convenient access to the gates used by Star Alliance airlines (Lufthansa & Austrian Airlines) for European destination in the Schengen zone. Fitted out with designer Italian furniture, its functional spaces are ideal for working and relaxing. Highlights include a bar, a barista station, free WiFi, charging points and USB plugs. A separate area for making private calls is also available. The lounge can accommodate around 130 guests and is open from 05:15 until 21:15.
