Time window for security check at Berlin airport

Passengers at Berlin Airport can now reserve extra access to the security checkpoints.

The new “BER Runway” service offers the option of reserving a time slot online for separate access to the security checkpoints in Terminal 1. It is hoped that this will reduce waiting times and make the airport experience less stressful for passengers. The service is currently free and can be booked from 72 hours before departure. Access to the BER Runway is indicated in the terminal, the reservation including the boarding pass will be checked there.
