airberlin now providing for group boarding

In order to make boarding smoother and swifter, airberlin is now providing for the possibility of group boarding. The respective group (A-D) is printed on the boarding pass and called one after another during boarding. Frequent fliers (e.g. those holding topbonus gold and platinum cards) are boarded before group A.

Qatar Airways increasing baggage allowance

From 1 September, Qatar Airways passengers can pack even more generously. Economy class passengers will be allowed to check in 30 kg, while the baggage allowance for business and first-class passengers will be increased to 40 kg and 50 kg, respectively.
