LOT restarts flights to Lebanon

The first of new LOT Polish Airlines flights to Beirut have begun from Warsaw Chopin Airport.

The inaugural flight of LOT Polish Airlines’ new service from Warsaw to Beirut has taken off. Regular flights are scheduled four times a week in June, September, and October, and five times a week in July and August. One of the types of planes operating the route will be the Embraer 195, accommodating from 112 to 118 passengers, depending on the version.

The estimated time of flight from Warsaw to Beirut is 3 hours 25 minutes and 3 hours 40 minutes from Beirut to Warsaw. The flights will depart from Warsaw Chopin Airport at 10:30 pm to arrive in Beirut at 2:55 am local time. The flight in the opposite direction will begin at 3:50 am local time, with the estimated time of arrival at 6:30 am in Warsaw. The timetable was designed to allow convenient transfer times in Warsaw on the way to airports in Western Europe, Northern Europe and the Balkans.
